  • The Family Relationship Services Program (FRSP) Strategic Plan 2005-2008 was developed in consultation with industry service providers and industry stakeholders during the 2005 FRSP Challenges and Changes Forum, and the 2003-04 FRSP program review. The progress against the 2005-2008 Strategic Plan as at 1 August 2007 is also available.
  • A Review of the Family Relationship Services Program (FRSP) commenced in October 2003 and was coordinated by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) in close consultation with the Attorney-General's Department (AGD). The Review gathered information to inform future directions of the Program. The Review's key stages included the development of a Framework Paper to seek broad input from industry (with 33 submissions received, representing about one third of funded organisations) and two major consultancies to gather detailed information from providers and clients respectively.  The two reports can be accessed below:
  • The Training Needs Analysis - Children's Contact Services - PDF [1230kb] report the findings of a training needs analysis of the Children's Contact Services (CCS), summarising the training needs of the sector relating to tasks and duties, and the CCS operational environment.
  • The Attorney-General’s Department has put together its suite of brochures and fact sheets. To order the Family Relationships Information Pack for your service please visit Family Relationships Online and click on the brochures and publications link, or telephone 1800 114 393.
